Please book your place by providing your travel dates and the booking fee.

If you have already booked your flights and are ready to book your accommodation, please let us know and we can proceed to book your accommodation services (See below applicable discounts for early bookings). Otherwise, we will take you through the next steps of the process, via email or video call.

We prefer to take the final payment of your accommodation once you have booked your flights. However we are happy to be flexible if you want to take advantage of our discount policy and adjust the final amount accordingly, once you have confirmed your flights. It is advisable to do your accommodation booking more than two months prior to your arrival date, as spaces cannot be guaranteed with less than two months notice.

You get 20% discount of your project fee if you book your accommodation more than 6 months prior to your scheduled date of arrival.

10% discount is applicable if you book your accommodation within 6 to 3 months prior to your arrival date.

If you pay three moths or less in advance there is not applicable discount.
